Hi YOGAs,
As all of you would have received news through the class-relay system, re-exams and CCA activities for the coming week (22to25June) have been cancelled.

So the previously arranged meetings for YOGAs to come and prepare the YOG corner for the AYG Torch Relay has been cancelled. That means if you signed up to help out between 22to25June, those days' activities are cancelled.

BUT, ALL YOGAs must attend a briefing about the AYG Torch Relay on 24 June (Wed), 9am-12noon, in the Auditorium.

Before you come to school, you must:

1. Take your temperature at home before leaving for school.

2. If you have a temperature above 38 degrees celsius, you are to go and see a doctor. SMS Ms Yang to inform her that you are unwell.

3. If you are fine, ENSURE that you bring your thermometer to school.

4. Report to the Auditorium by 9am. Be ready with writing material.

The briefing is about your duty on the day of the AYG Torch Relay (29June, 1st day of school).

If you miss this briefing, you will not participating as a YOGA, but just an ordinary Commonwealthian.
